1. All Things Ukrainian
does NOT share your information with anyone outside the company.
You can be assured that your information remains confidential.
2. We do not store your Credit Card Number on
our Computer Systems or by any electronic means.
3. Our order form is on a separate Secure Server.
Your credit card and order information remains on this server during the
time your order is confirmed, processed, and shipped. This information
is permanently removed from this server (thus it is not archived electronically)
as soon as possible after your order ships.
4. We keep a paper copy of your credit card information
for six months. We will destroy your credit card information as soon
as possible after six months has passed from the shipment date, but no
later than the 15th of the month following this six month period.
We keep this information solely for the convenience of our customers for
future orders, and to give our customers time to verify their credit card
statements. If you do not wish for us to keep a copy, please inform us,
and your information will be destroyed as soon as possible following the
balancing of our accounts for the month in which your payment was made.
5. We do not send unsolicited emails (spam). During
processing of your order, if you have provided us with your e-mail address,
you will typically receive from us by e-mail an estimate (confirmation
of the order) before the order ships and an invoice after the order ships.
Occasionally, we must clarify or confirm your order by e-mail or by phone.
6. If you have provided your e-mail
address to us for our e-mail notification list, we only send e-mails which
we believe are of interest to the North Carolina Ukrainian community or
to Friends of NC Ukrainians. This includes, but is not limited to,
festivals in which All Things Ukrainian participates, and other Ukrainian-related
activities. We do not use this for advertisements or sales.
Your e-mail address is added because you instruct us to include it, and
it may be removed at any time, simply by contacting us.
