    1.  All Things Ukrainian  does NOT share your personal information with anyone outside the company.  This includes your e-mail address and telephone number(s).  You can be assured that your information remains confidential.

    2. Our order form is on a separate Secure Server.  Your credit card and order information remains on this server during the time your order is confirmed, processed, and shipped.  This information is permanently removed from this server as soon as possible after your order ships.  Thus, it is not archived electronically.

    3.  We do NOT store your credit card number or verification (3-digit CVS/CID) code on our computer system.  Only the last four digits of the number and the expiration date are maintained in our accounting system for reference.  The only other personal information we maintain in our accounting system is that which we require to process and ship your order, and contact you for confirmation, questions, and/or feedback.  This includes the information, which you provided to us either by telephone or on the online order form (that includes name, telephone number, e-mail address, and billing and shipping addresses.)

    4. We keep a paper copy of your full credit card number and your verification (3-digit) code long enough to process and ship your order.  We destroy this information as soon as possible after your order ships. 

    5. We do not send unsolicited e-mails (spam), such as advertising.  During processing of your order, if you have provided us with your e-mail address, you will typically receive from us by e-mail an estimate (confirmation of your order) before the order ships and an invoice after your order ships.  Occasionally, we must clarify or confirm your order by e-mail or by telephone.  Or, from time to time, we may respond to or ask for feedback, in order to improve our products and services, or send to you information which you requested.

    6.  If you have provided your e-mail address to us for our North Carolina customers' e-mail notification list, we will only send e-mails which we believe are of interest to the North Carolina Ukrainian community or to Friends of NC Ukrainians.  This includes, but is not limited to, festivals in which All Things Ukrainian participates, and other Ukrainian related activities.  We do not use this for advertisements or sales.  Your e-mail address is added because you instruct us to include it, and it may be removed at any time, simply by contacting us.

    7.  If you have requested for us to notify you by e-mail when we receive a particular item of interest, we will first inform you whether or not this is a possibility, and if so, will make every effort to find and order the item.  When and if the item of interest is uploaded to the Website, we will then send to you notification at the e-mail address which you provided.  If you have an ongoing interest in any item, you must contact us again to inform us of your continued interest in future shipments.  Any time you ask for notification, this in no way obligates you to make a purchase, nor do we guarantee that a particular item will be a part of the shipment.  We simply promise to attempt to notify you at the appropriate time.
