Designed to hold eggs, wood, glass, vases and candlesticks. Base can be adjusted easily for objects up to 8" long and 4" wide .  Size 4" x 14" , durable washable plastic. Foam rubber rings grip your egg and the spring loaded spindle holds it in place. Bottom has 6 places to attach self-tapping screws (not included)  if you wanted to attach this to a wood base.  Really helpful if you are doing a bunch of eggs or for people who just can't seem to draw a straight line.
