These Vynok are constructed of wire or a plastic flexible headband and artificial flowers in Ukraine.
This is an integral part of a traditional Ukrainian Folk costume
The wreath type has a wire back bone and artifical flowers attached by smaller wires. An elastic strap holds it in place..
The headband type has a fabric wrapped flexible plastic headband with attached artificial flowers.
All are handmade in Western Ukraine
